Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be gushing with excitement and overjoyed with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange an online order, please email sweets@wickdconfections.com obtain to receive further instructions:
No refunds for purchased recipes.
You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped.
Credits for returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Refunds can take 7 - 10 business days, once the credit has been requested.
Please note, the returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all of the information on a separate sheet of paper, including your order number, mailing address and phone number, along with the item description, and include it with the return.
Products labeled with a Melt Warning are made with ingredients with a low melting point that allow the product to soften at body temperature. During the summer months, these products can get warm in transit and may melt. Wick'd Confections Candle Company is not responsible if products with a Melt Warning arrive melted. In most cases, you should be able to pop the products into the fridge or freezer and still be able to use them. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Please keep in mind that if you put them on the radiator or in direct sunlight they’re going to melt too, so please keep them someplace cool.

Damaged Product:
For a product that has arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order.
